I like it here it's nice and quiet. I feel safe. The bus stop is right out front and it's also walking distance to ... the stores, schools and park. The Management and maintenance guys are all friendly and nice. I haven't had any problems here so I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a safe place to live. I love it here. I feel safe here. The location is great it's walking distance to many stores, schools and parks. I've been ... here since 2000 so that in itself speaks volume about this place. It's a great place to live. The management is great, friendly and helpful. The maintenance guys are friendly and they fix what needs fixing. I haven't had any issues since I've been living here, no mold or roach problems. In my opinion keeping any place where you live clean is key. My neighbors are great, friendly but they mind their business, we respect each other's privacy but still communicate. I know people who have been here just as long as me and even longer. We just recently renewed our lease for year three. Maple Hill is in a VERY convenient location on route 66 right between ... Interstate 10 and the 210 freeway. We enjoy nice, safe, and well maintained grounds with friendly neighbors and terrific management. As other reviewers have written, it is amazingly quiet considering we're right-off Foothill Blvd. The few calls ever put in to maintenance have always been answered promptly, effectively, and courteously. Everything is great except for the office staff.
Not a bad place to live short term, but the office staff are very rude at times, and never answer the phone. Their voicemail ... is always full and they never return calls. Also be careful parking in the back, the windows on my vehicle were smashed and broken into. I would not recommend living here more than one year. Apartment was clean and bug free with new carpeting. Parking is pretty decent, its first come first serve and is open even ... to port parking. Neighborhood is surprisingly quiet being on foothill and is close to local shopping. The laundry rooms are clean and never full. The leasing staff were friendly and helpful. They worked with us to make sure we had everything we needed to move in. It felt like we were wanted at Maple Hill as much as we wanted to be there. Greatly reccomend living here at Maple Hill.
